This hybrid course is designed to empower Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with the skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners, ensuring a safe and productive educational environment. It combines face-to-face instruction with flexible online learning. Participants will attend two face-to-face sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, which will provide opportunities
